22 Shem’s sons included Elam, Asshur, Arpachshad, Lud, and Aram.

23 Aram’s descendants included Uz, Hul, Gether, and Mash.

24 Arpachshad fathered Cainan, Cainan fathered Shelah, and Shelah fathered Eber.[a]
